Rebuild Pick Lists

WARNING: The Rebuild Pick Lists option should only be used on the advice of the Net•Yield support department since all previously generated pick lists, pick list tickets, and shipping labels will be voided and regenerated for all remaining unshipped sales orders. Please call our office for details.

The Rebuild Pick Lists option rebuilds the files used in shipping papers to generate pick lists, pick tickets, and shipping labels using all unshipped orders.

1. When you first enter the Rebuild Pick List option the following message will appear: "Continue with Pick file rebuild? No/Yes. The following warning will also appear: "WARNING: This process will erase all entries in the PICK and PKHD files and rebuild the PICK file using all unshipped orders currently in the system. It requires exclusive use of the files.

• Select no to exit the option.
• Select yes and the system will rebuild pick lists.

Note: Existing printed pick lists will be invalidated, and therefore should be discarded and reprinted.
